Returns and Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call us for a RAN (RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER) for your return within 14 days of purchase on unopened products with customer name, invoice number and nature of the problem. Since Nutraceuticals, Supplements, and Creams are health related and are time-sensitive we cannot accept returns of later than two weeks of purchase date and all opened products under any conditions.

APOPTOSIS Nutraceuticals offers a 14 days return policy on selected items based on the return policies described below.

All products returned MUST: Be 100 percent complete and not opened, contain ALL original packaging, have original UPC codes on the bottles and jars, and contain all manuals, invoices, and documentation provided by APOPTOSIS Nutraceuticals.
You are responsible for shipping charges on returned or exchange items; APOPTOSIS Nutraceuticals will provide return shipping labels on your replacement or exchange item(s).
APOPTOSIS Nutraceuticals strongly recommends that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery and signature for your protection.
If merchandise arrives damaged: it is best to REFUSE the package back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package, make sure it is noted on the carrier’s delivery record in order for APOPTOSIS Nutraceuticals to file a damage claim with our insurance Company. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packaging it arrived in, notify APOPTOSIS Nutraceuticals immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify the APOPTOSIS Nutraceuticals of damaged goods within the first 14 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage. Please call 310.858.7006 or email your APOPTOSIS Nutraceuticals account manager to arrange for carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.
DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to APOPTOSIS Nutraceuticals within 14 days from the receipt date by the shipping company, at APOPTOSIS Nutraceuticals discretion for: credit, replacement, exchange or repair. Any item can ONLY be replaced with the same item.
APOPTOSIS Nutraceuticals reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 14 days from the receipt date by the shipping Company,
IF the product is received after 14 days of invoice date due to delay by shipping Company or Act of God (Earthquakes, Floods, Pandemics, etc.), Credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY.
Original shipping charges are refunded on returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to APOPTOSIS Nutraceuticals on returned items, and APOPTOSIS Nutraceuticals will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s).
Credit Card charges are processed online after ordering the products and/or services.
